How to Prepare Spinach

  1. Raw – Spinach is great raw in a salad. Don’t forget to wash or rinse first! Spinach tastes especially good with strawberries and feta cheese. Add a little olive oil and sea salt (and more veggies of course) and voila! A perfects mediterranean salad.

  2. Boiled – Bring water to a boil and add spinach to water for one minute. Drain and squeeze out excess water using a fork. Boiled spinach tastes sweeter than raw spinach. This is also good with a Mediterranean dressing or other dressings of your choosing.
