So in the 4 years I’ve been a Beachbody Coach, I’ve gotten a lot of practice with these programs…..and, in changing my body. I’ve used almost every program but my favorites have been 21 Day Fix Extreme, FocusT25, and the Masters Hammer & Chisel.
I’m not just a Coach, I’m a real person on a real journey and I work hard to help other people see that fitness can be found in all forms, shapes and sizes. If you feel good, if you feel energized, if you feel confident….THAT IS WHAT MATTERS. THAT is what I’m working for and that is what I guide my customers to achieve. Your size doesn’t matter.
