The No Excuses Challenge
Ok, what is the “No Excuses Challenge”?
Great question! I thought you’d never ask! The No Excuses Challenge is simply my online fitness challenge to you to stop making excuses for either 21, 30 or 60 days. Excuses are the nails that build the house of failure so I want YOU to make the decision right now to stop making them!
Ok, I’m ready to do this – now what?
Now, we pick a 21, 30 or 60 day program for you to do! You need to decide the following:
- How much time you have each day to workout.
- How intense of a workout you want (are you just starting a fitness regimen or are you a veteran of the sport)?
- How long of a program you want to commit to
Once you know the above, click on the below and pick a program!
