As mentioned, I will be providing you with a 12-month HABIT-BASED nutrition coaching program. This program will include DAILY lessons, practices/habits, check-ins and more BY ME! I will be personally helping you revamp your eating habits and reach your goals FOR GOOD. No more of that back and forth stuff.

I’ll answer your questions, offer you encouragement, and track your progress through a special dashboard that you will be able to access to from your computer and your mobile device. It’s a software program that is easy to use and will allow me to effectively deliver the habit-based coaching I learned in my Nutrition Certifications as well as track your progress (in case tweaks are needed).

Getting started is EASY!

All I will need from you is your email address and the $25 first month fee paid via PayPal. Then, every 30 days after you will pay just $25 to continue with me. You can cancel at any time if you feel that this isn’t of value to you. (You won’t…trust me! 🙂 ) 

After you do the above I will send you an email to activate your account. You will fill out a comprehensive intake/assessment form online. After completed you will begin receiving DAILY emails from me containing brief descriptions of what you should be working on and thinking about that day.

Every 2 weeks I’ll present you with a new “habit” to adopt – something I will ask you to practice every day to develop a lifestyle skill. These habits won’t be hard and I’ll explain in detail what I want from you. Each day I will remind you of your habit and I’ll give you tips to implement. Everything will be tracked so we can see your progress.

I’m going to teach you skills like:

  • How to eat slowly and mindfully;
  • How to tune into hunger and appetite cues;
  • How to plan grocery shopping;
  • How to choose the right items from the store;
  • How to store and preparing food correctly;
  • How to avoid problem foods; and
  • How to make better food choices at restaurants.

That way, when “meal planning” comes about – YOU CAN DO IT EASILY!
